Comments: This company was concerned with cost. Worked to save me money before completely replacing the hot water tank. They found out that it was just a tripped circuit that was not obvious in the box. I have used their services twice and will use them in the future.

Comments: Great customer service. Beryl was excellent. Ernie did a great job with the installation of my kitchen sink. The job took longer and was more complicated than anticipated so the cost was more than the phone quote. But we totally understand you can't really know how long a job will take until you are on site.

Comments: The work was done pretty much as scheduled. Regal had an emergency job request the morning my job was scheduled and they called to inform me they would be a couple of hours latter than originally scheduled. The plumber completed the emergency job and telephoned to let me know he was on the way and would arrive in 45 minutes. He arrived as promised, completed the 4 jobs I had, cleaned up the work areas and was gone in about an hour. The work was done professionally and the price for parts and labor was reasonable.
